The 53rd Ikeda Town Autumn Wine Festival will take place in Ikeda Town, Hokkaido, on Sunday, October 4, 2026.

Visitors can enjoy unlimited Tokachi Wine and grape juice alongside roasted whole beef and a Hokkaido BBQ set, offering a taste of Ikeda’s autumn food and wine in one place.

Celebrate the Autumn Harvest in Ikeda

The festival celebrates Ikeda’s autumn harvest, including the grape harvest and winemaking.

A variety of Tokachi Wine will be served, including the red wine Yamasachi, as well as white and rosé wines. Unlimited grape juice is also available for visitors who do not drink alcohol and for children.

Roasted Whole Beef and Hokkaido BBQ

One of the festival’s highlights is roasted whole beef, prepared over approximately 10 hours.

Visitors can also enjoy a Hokkaido BBQ set featuring grilled beef, hamburger steak and sausage from Hokkaido.

The meat dishes are not all-you-can-eat.

Elementary school students and preschoolers can enter free of charge, but their admission does not include the roasted beef or BBQ vouchers. These can be purchased separately at the venue. Unlimited grape juice is included for children.

The festival is admission by advance ticket only. Tickets are available until Saturday, October 3, 2026, and same-day admission is not available.

A limited-seat Tokachi Bus service requiring advance reservations will also operate for the festival.

Outside food and drinks, coolers, tents and large tables are not allowed inside the venue.
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of guide dogs, assistance dogs and hearing dogs.
Photography, video recording, audio recording and live streaming are prohibited at the venue to protect performers’ portrait rights and copyrights.
Alcohol may only be consumed by people aged 20 or older.
Drinking and driving is prohibited by law.
